The Gabriel Revelation Stone
Some Bible-discoveries seem to undergo a cycle of being initially uncovered and there being a lot of hype and press to quietly shuffled off the stage. One of these discoveries is a stone on which is written a Dead Sea Scroll styled message called the Revelation of Gabriel or sometimes the Vision of Gabriel in two columns. The original location of the stone carving is thought to be Perea in Transjordan and it was attributed to a Simon who was a Messianic leader:
